By booking or using services from Black Line Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Black Line Detailing provides vehicle cleaning and detailing services including interior and exterior detailing and optional add-on services. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for any vehicle that is unsafe to work on, excessively dirty, or requires work outside of our normal services.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Customers understand and agree that vehicles may have pre-existing scratches, stains, wear, fading, or damage. Black Line Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions and does not guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, odors, or imperfections.
Personal Belongings
All customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle before service begins. Black Line Detailing is not responsible for any loss, damage, or items left inside the vehicle during or after service.
Liability
While we take great care with every vehicle, Black Line Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, electrical issues, or any problems that may arise due to the age or condition of the vehicle.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing will always be agreed upon before work begins. If a vehicle is significantly dirtier or in worse condition than described, additional charges may apply after customer approval. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made in advance when possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
Right to Refuse Service
Black Line Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including unsafe conditions, disrespectful behavior, or situations where the requested work is beyond our capabilities.
Results
We always aim for high-quality results; however, final results may vary depending on the condition, age, and level of wear of the vehicle.
Acknowledgment
By booking a service with Black Line Detailing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
